Permanent, fully funded family homes on council land configured to individual council needs eg 2 , 3 or 4+ bedrooms by combining standard living and bedroom modules.

These homes are then rented back to the council at LHA rates for their families in unsuitable and expensive hotel/hostel type accommodation
